Maryland and Virginia Building Industry Associations Awards Four Monument Awards to Camberley Homes.
Bethesda, MD (November 13, 2007) – Camberley Homes is proud to announce it was awarded Four Monument Awards for outstanding new home design features, land planning and single family home models by the Maryland and Virginia Building Industry Associations. The Monument Awards are one the regions finest building industry awards. This year celebrated the 50th Anniversary of the Monument Awards. Annually, the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association and the Northern Virginia Building Industry Association honor the Best of the Best in home design. The 2007 awards ceremony was held on Thursday, November 1, 2007.
The “Best of the Best” winners were chosen from 240 entries submitted this year. All the winners were selected by a distinguished panel of industry experts judging the best of the best in floor plans, exterior elevations, interior and exterior features, value, craftsmanship and land planning from around the Maryland and Virginia region.
Following is an overview of the Monument Awards for Camberley Homes:
Winner - Camberley Homes, Riverwood Howard County, Maryland Outstanding feature in a New or Remodeled Home Extension.
Honorable Mention - The Barclay, Stockwell Manor Fairfax County, Virginia Attached Housing over $900,000.
Co-Winner - Camberely Homes The Preston, Riverwood Howard County, Maryland Single family Homes over $1,200,000 (on lots 7,000 s.f. and over).
Co-Winner - Camberley Homes, Stockwell Manor Fairfax County, Virginia Best Site Land Planning - Detached 10 - 50 acres
