  • How do I unsubscribe from Camberley's Email notifications?

    For your privacy and protection, the system is set up to allow you to manage your own notification requests. There are "manage your preferences | opt out using TrueRemove®." links at the bottom of each email Winchester sends you. Simply click on the appropriate link & follow the directions.   • I own my own building lot & was wondering if you would either build a Camberley Home on my lot or sell me the plans.
    Sorry, At this time Camberley Homes only builds our designs in Camberley Homes communities.
  • What are your delivery dates?
    From the point of purchase agreement, it takes approximately 9-10 months to build each home. A more accurate date will be given to you once your purchase agreement has been finalized.
  • When is your next homesite release?
    In an effort to promote fairness we have developed an E-mail notification system. This notification system will announce homesite releases to interested buyers. We do not, however, provide homesite release information prior to an email release notification.
  • Which homesites are available for sale?

    In order to obtain the most up-to-date information, please contact the community you are interested in.

  • Working with a Real Estate Agent
    We have a Realty Partners program that compensates your agent when they help you purchase your home. In order for your agent to receive their rewards, they must register with the Community Sales Manager prior to the homesite release. You will also need to indicate their name on your guest registration card. Please see your Community Sales Manager for complete details.
