Welcome to the Purchase Opportunity Program (POP) – a new and convenient homebuying process from Camberley Homes. By participating in this program, you are expressing your interest to purchase a home, but are under no obligation to complete a sales contract.

Here is how it works:

1. Join the Program
Simply complete the online registration form with all required fields. Registration is free and will only take a few minutes.

2. Receive your position on the POP list
Depending on when you register, your position on the POP list will be determined:

By Lottery – During the initial registration period from December 1 to December 7, all registrants will be entered in a lottery to be held on December 8 at 2:00am EST. At that time, registrants will be randomly assigned a position on the POP list. Once the list order is established, you will receive an email notifying you of your position.

By First-Come, First-Serve – After the lottery occurs, new registrants will be added to the POP list on a first-come, first-serve basis. Registrants will receive their position on the list immediately after joining the program.

3. Check your email for homesite releases
As homesite releases occur at Stockwell Manor, we will send out an email to the entire POP list that will invite those registered to participate in our release. You will have an opportunity to Accept, Defer or Decline this invitation. Then based on your standing on the list, you may receive an invitation to attend a sales contract meeting.
